Store Credit Eligibility:

Store credit is available for eligible items within 10 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Request Store Credit:

Please provide your order number and the reason for the store credit request.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Store Credit Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

The digital gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your original order.

Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website or in-store.
