Store Credit

  • No Returns:

  • We do not accept returns for refunds.

  • All sales are final.

  • Store Credit Eligibility:

  • Store credit is available for eligible items within 10 days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible for store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • How to Request Store Credit:

  • To request store credit, please contact our customer service team at PUSHINNPLUSH@GMAIL.COM to obtain a return authorization.

  • Please provide your order number and the reason for the store credit request.

  • Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Store Credit Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

  • The digital gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your original order.

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website or in-store.

  • Exclusions:

  • ​The following items are not eligible for store credit:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (for hygienic reasons).

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
